Showerheads are the breeding ground for mould, fungi, and bacteria, exposing you to dirty water and potential bacterial growth, which can lead to hair loss and skin irritations.
Invisible chlorine in your shower water strips away the natural, protective oils of your skin and scalp, leaving your skin and hair dry and damaged.
Meanwhile, up to 80% of the most dangerous chemicals in your normal tap water (chlorine, VOCs, THMs) are released in the air during hot showers, which we then inhale directly into our lungs! This leads to respiratory problems, especially amongst young children and the elderly.
But it’s not just breathing…a 10-minute shower can lead to the absorption of more than 4 times the amount of THMs into the bloodstream compared than drinking 1 litre of tap water. This is why we MUST filter our shower water.

2) Use and replace the product according to the Recommended Replacement Cycle (RRC), or sooner if required.
3) Do not leave the showerhead at high temperatures for a long time, and do not use above 60℃.
4) Water from HomePure Rayn Energised Showerhead & Filter is not intended for consumption.
5) Do not allow children to use unattended.
6) Do not use as facial massage directly on eyes or ears.
7) Do not apply strong force to the showerhead and clean only using natural detergents.
8) Warranty: One Year. Failure to follow the Product Manual may void the warranty.
Taking Care of the Amezcua ART Plate
If the Amezcua Resonance Technology (ART) Plate is clogged, water may spread out or spray differently from the normal angle. To prevent this, dampen a clean towel with cool or warm water and lightly wipe away any dust. Rubbing too hard will damage the plate, so take precaution when cleaning the plate.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
